Taylor Hospitality Welcomes Melissa Zayas as Assistant General Manager of Hotel Weyanoke

With an impressive two-decade career in hospitality, Melissa brings extensive experience and expertise to our team. Melissa has an impressive background as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, having successfully managed multiple hotels such as the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Hampton Inn. She has also held positions as an Operations Manager and Regional Sales Manager, showcasing her ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.

In her new role as Assistant General Manager at Hotel Weyanoke, Melissa will work closely with General Manager, Nicholas Gonzales to oversee day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities will include managing staff schedules, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on the Front Desk and the heart of the house, our Housekeeping Department.
