PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Jan. 4, 2024 - PRLog -- Brock Services Corporation, a leading name in development and management, has been recently awarded the hotel project at Downtown at The Gardens, lifestyle center located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

The Brock Team will be working on this transformative project on site, which will be purchased from ShopCore Properties. The project will consist of the development of a full-service, upscale hotel as a component of a Mixed-Use tower, which will include retail spaces, a captivating rooftop restaurant, and catering and banquet facilities.

Planned since 2016, the development of this new hotel will finally come to fruition within the next few years and will join a prestigious lineup of establishments, including Whole Foods, Lifetime Fitness, and various other high-end retailers.

The Brock Team, part of Brock Development Corp, brings a wealth of experience to the table.
