This follows the decision to list them under Annex A (elimination) SGS publishes SafeGuardS to keep stakeholders informed about regulatory and market changes that could impact their business. SafeGuardS 003.24 details the provisions in the draft cabinet order and contains a table with a list of the products prohibited for import that contain dechlorane plus and UV-328, which includes adhesives and tapes (dechlorane plus), paints and varnishes (UV-328) and lubricants (both). Stakeholders are advised to review SGS's original SafeGuardS 003.24 for more information. The ministry stopped accepting comments on the proposal on January 10, 2024.
