New company wants to revolutionize the party rental service in Denmark

"I first encountered these tipis three years ago while working at Smukfest, and I was instantly captivated and enamored by them. I could see the untapped potential, and that vision never left me," shares Michael Vahl, one of the co-founders.

Teaming up with his friend Daniel Jepsen, Michael initiated a partnership that would redefine event experiences in Denmark. "Michael introduced me to the concept of these tipis, and we had many lengthy discussions on how we could start a business together. We challenged each other on what we could bring to the table, and we each contribute our strengths," explains Daniel Jepsen.

The entrepreneurial duo spent numerous evenings refining their business concepts, realizing the compatibility that could make their vision a reality. "There are excellent opportunities in this business, and we've already secured our first bookings," says Daniel Jepsen.

With complementary skills, Daniel handles the practical aspects, while Michael takes charge of administration and marketing. Their goal is to make the business enjoyable, challenging, and exciting.

Focused on offering extraordinary tents for events, Nordic Tipi draws inspiration from the Sami culture in Lapland. The aim is to cater to those seeking unique venues for weddings, birthdays, receptions, and corporate events, steering away from traditional white market tents.

"Our ambition is to dominate the market in Denmark for unique tent solutions. Extraordinary events demand extraordinary settings – it's as simple as that," emphasizes Michael Vahl.

In addition to the distinctive tents, Nordic Tipi provides wooden chairs instead of plastic ones, replaces polyester cushions with genuine reindeer hides, and offers a vast network to enhance events with elements like music, stand-up acts, or a cocktail bar.
