With confidence oozing out of him, Hojlund's first against Luton - with Harry Styles among those watching on from the stands - saw him race through on goal, round Thomas Kaminski and stroke into an empty net. He then displayed remarkable reactions and control when diverting a wayward volley from Alejandro Garnacho into the net via his chest.
