2024 Florida OutCoast Convention Flocks to Coral Gables with Amplified Focus on Meetings & Events

CORAL GABLES, Fla. - March 1, 2024 - PRLog -- The Florida OutCoast Convention (FLOCC) is set to take place at the Coral Gables Loews from August 12-14, 2024. This year, the statewide LGBTQ+ tourism gathering broadens its scope, placing a special emphasis on meeting planning and events within the tourism sector, inviting event hosts, sports professionals, meeting planning experts and LGBTQ+ Pride organization leaders into discussions on travel advisories, the impact of LGBTQ+ tourism, and the needs of LGBTQ+ travelers.

The convention will feature a range of sessions, including keynote speeches, discussion panels, and workshops. These sessions will cover diverse topics relevant to LGBTQ+ tourism, with particular attention to the dynamics and challenges of marketing, meeting planning, and selling in socially divisive destinations. The event will also offer opportunities for networking and showcasing services and products in the exhibit hall.

Flamboyance, the convention's annual awards gala honoring LGBTQ+ leaders, allies and tourism professionals, will take place onsite on Tuesday evening, August 13th.
