San Francisco Judge Hands Multistate Victory to Marshall Barnes By Handing Elon Musk Singular Defeat

SAN FRANCISCO - March 26, 2024 - PRLog -- "When I heard the news I was ecstatic because I had momentarily forgotten about the case, quite frankly," says internationally noted super genius and boffin, Marshall Barnes. "It means my position against Elon is vindicated which means my positions against the AGs of Missouri and Texas are as well."

That was Marshall Barnes celebrating with some associates his efforts to take down Elon Musk, the world's richest man and thought by many to be the savior of humanity. What has happened yet again is Marshall has out flanked the billionaire and turned to strike a defeat, this time at the heart of Elon's schtick to promote so-called free speech when, as Marshall proves, Elon doesn't support free speech of things he doesn't like. That fact has led Marshall to issue threats to the AGs of Missouri and Texas to stop claiming they're investigating Media Matters to support Elon's free speech promotions because they don't exist.

"I told Paxton of Texas and Bailey of Missouri that Elon is liar and isn't promoting free speech, it's just a screen from behind which to promote hate speech."

That would appear to be similar to San Francisco, U.S. District Court judge Charles Breyer (https://cand.uscourts.gov/judges/breyer-charles-r-crb/)'s opinion. He dismissed a lawsuit brought by Elon Musk's X against a nonprofit that researches hate speech online. As reported by Stephen Council  for the San Francisco Gate, the judge said, "Sometimes it is unclear what is driving a litigation, and only by reading between the lines of a complaint can one attempt to surmise a plaintiff's true purposes. Other times, a complaint is so unabashedly and vociferously about one thing that there can be no mistaking that purpose. This case represents the latter circumstance. This case is about punishing the Defendants for their speech."

Marshall agrees and is in part why he's after Elon Musk.

"That stupid, lying little boy's site said I'd threatened someone when the only thing I said in response to a former senator saying the leader of Wagner was closing in on Moscow to confront Putin, was I hoped they'd kill each other. But I got locked off of the site for a week over a lie and the reason it happened is because Elon Musk is in bed with Putin. That's not protecting free speech. That's lying and censorship and if Elon was a free speech absolutionist, that wouldn't have happened to me. But he's not. He is a damn liar and he's going to pay dearly for it in the court of public opinion."
