VuNet Systems Granted Patent for Operational Predictive Scoring of IT Systems

VuNet's patent, USPTO Patent No. US 11,935,077 B2, recognizes its unique Observability platform capabilities that link IT performance to business impact.

VuNet's Business Observability platform delivers a real-time performance view of digital journeys across applications, infrastructure, and APIs. The patented real-time operational predictive scoring of components and services that are part of a digital journey enables deriving predictive insights into health thereby providing enterprises with a lead time for preventive incident response.

The Operational Predictive Score is computed by collecting and analyzing in real-time a plurality of time series signals comprising multiple metrics corresponding to one or more of the health, performance, and functionality of each of the components through several customized machine learning models comprising of autoregressive Recurrent Neural Network based forecasting models. These models are also automatically re-trained based on monitoring the quality and effectiveness of the Operational Predictive Score.
