ACCURL Sets New Industry Standard with Groundbreaking for Smart Green Factory

ACCURL, a global leader in sheet metal machinery solutions, has initiated the construction of a groundbreaking smart green factory, signaling a significant advancement in sustainable and digital production methods within the industry.

The recent groundbreaking ceremony for ACCURL's new factory, which will specialize in the production of 1000 sets of laser cutting machines and CNC press brakes annually, marked a pivotal moment for the company and the industry as a whole. The new facility, to be located on a sprawling 61,362 square meter site, will feature a dedicated green area spanning 3,115 square meters, alongside an office space of 3,198 square meters.

Collaborating with renowned institutions such as Technische Universität Berlin and TIANYI ARCHIITECTURE design institute, ACCURL's new factory is envisioned to be a beacon of sustainability and innovation. With an investment of $41.50 million, the factory is expected to be operational by December 2024.

The new factory will be characterized by its green energy initiatives, including a solar power system that will achieve self-sufficiency in internal power consumption, reducing reliance on traditional energy sources and significantly minimizing carbon emissions. ACCURL estimates annual savings of 825.12 tons of carbon dioxide, 271.45 tons of standard coal, and 225.11 tons of smoke and dust compared to conventional production methods.

Furthermore, ACCURL's new factory will boast state-of-the-art features such as robotic smart welding capabilities, AGV smart logistics and warehouse systems, and a digitalized workshop with advanced manufacturing execution systems (MES). These innovations aim to enhance efficiency, precision, and sustainability throughout the production process.
