Bayan is licensed in Michigan and a proud Council of Ontario Board of ABA member. Her proficiency in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS assessments has enabled her to demonstrate excellence in conducting assessments to determine clients' levels of functioning and develop personalized program goals.

Currently serving as the Regional Clinical Director at Discovery ABA Therapy, NC East Region, Bayan leads clinical supervision and case management and is pivotal in enhancing the service area through strategic outreach and business development efforts.

Before joining Discovery ABA Therapy, Bayan held impactful roles at Comfort Therapeutic Services and Chitter Chatter P.C., where her skills in behavior analysis, clinical supervision, and leadership shone brightly. Bayan's commitment to professional development is evident through its focus on training and mentoring new analysts while emphasizing diversity and inclusion.

Bayan has amassed diverse experiences throughout her career, from leading tech ABA technicians to conducting direct observations and assessments in various environments. Her expertise in behavior analysis and excellent leadership and communication skills have earned them recognition as a top professional.

Bayan holds a Master of Education in Psychology/BCBA from Wayne State University and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Saint Elizabeth University. They are licensed as Behavioral Analysts in Michigan (#7401001151) and hold certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (#1-20-41717). Additionally, Bayan is proficient in CentralReach software and is CPR and First Aid Certified.
