Batson River Brewing's Acadian Skies Receives 98 Points from Beer Connoisseur

WELLS, Maine - April 10, 2024 - PRLog -- Batson River Brewing & Distilling, an independent Maine craft brewery, was recently awarded  a World Class score of 98 points from The Beer Connoisseur for their Acadian Skies Dark Lager  Grand Master BJCP Judge Scott Birdwell, said "One of the best examples of a dark lager. A nearly flawless execution."

Acadian Skies is a  timeless German-style Schwarzbier showcasing the trademark dark hue from a carefully crafted malt bill that lends notes of coffee with a teasing of chocolate. Thanks to the traditional lager yeast, everything culminates in a clean, crisp finish, ensuring a remarkably easy drinking dark lager.
