Cascade Asset Management Celebrates 25 Years of Excellence in Secure IT Asset Retirement Services

Cascade has grown significantly since co-founders Neil and Jessica Peters-Michaud began their entrepreneurial journey on April 20, 1999. Using a modest red pick-up truck purchased for just $1,000, the couple collected retired electronics from Madison-area businesses and initially transported them to the basement of their home for disassembly and recycling. A quarter century later, the ITAD firm operates facilities in three states, employs 111 people, and has processed over 113 million pounds of electronics for reuse and recycling. While much has changed, the company's purpose remains the same: Cascade electronics to their next best use in an ethical, secure, and transparent manner.
