Amanda J. Dick Joins Snell & Wilmer as an Associate in the Denver Office

DENVER - May 6, 2024 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorney Amanda J. Dick recently joined the firm's Denver office as an associate in the corporate & securities practice group.

Dick has experience drafting and negotiating purchase, sale, asset, stock, merger, joint operating, corporate entity operating, and other agreements. This has given Dick the opportunity to bring her extensive knowledge of complex agreements to her practice, making her a valuable resource for clients.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Dick was an associate at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC. She received her J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law where she graduated summa cum laude, and her B.A. in Forensic Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, where she also graduated summa cum laude.
