Florida Public Relations Association announces speaker lineup for PR & Comms Summit

(Sarasota, Florida) – The Florida Public Relations Association, the oldest Public Relations association in the nation, today announced the keynote and speaker lineup for its PR & Comms Summit.

This year's PR & Comms Summit, taking place August 4-7, will host visionary leaders, experts and practitioners who will focus on the latest trends and strategies in public relations and communication.

"The PR & Comms Summit is designed to bring together the very best in the industry," said FPRA President Wendy Crites Wacker, APR, CPRC. "I am confident that this year's event will deliver on that promise and more as we have assembled a stellar lineup of speakers."

Topic: Communicating Disney's Impact in Florida
Walt Disney World Resort is among the largest employers in Florida and an economic catalyst across the state. In this year's Dillin Keynote, Walt Disney World VP of Communications Jacquee Wahler, MBA, will share insights on the integrated communications strategy behind the Oxford Economics study that found Disney generated $40 billion in economic impact across the state and more than a quarter of a million jobs in fiscal year 2022.
