Web Support Center has appeal for millions of tiny enterprises
 
SAN JOSE, Calif. - June 25, 2024 - PRLog -- FieldDay Solutions, Inc., announced today the culmination of work by three teams of graduate students at Northeastern University. Under the leadership of Adekunle Babasola and Cynthia Carley, the students created two project plans and two website templates for the Web Support Center (WSC). They also provided website security and other suggestions. This unique product allows small companies that lack customer service and information technology staff a way to inexpensively provide their customers with 24x7 support for the most common questions, problems, and concerns.

Mr. Babasola provides the technical expertise for WSC. As the expert behind PrizeSkout, he was able to assist in deciphering the code and other inputs from the students. Also, with his extensive background in banking and project management, Mr. Babasola brings business acumen to the project. Ms. Carley guided the students for several months and used her experience in the apparel business to evaluate the marketing plans developed by the students. Mr. Babasola joined the 11-month project in the fifth month. He redefined the project scope, wrote the product requirements document, and provided guidance on implementation, and design type.

Mr. Babasola and Ms. Carley have continued the work on this product and will demonstrate the template and the marketing package to the FieldDay shareholders in July.
