The Roulettes Releases second single "On the Way Down" with UK label Rock Solid Talent Entertainment

LOS ANGELES - June 28, 2024 - PRLog -- "On the Way Down"  will be the band's second release undervRock Solid Talent Entertainment and distributed by Sony Music Distribution under the distribution partnership  RSTE/AMG/SNY

Their debut single "Trigger Lip" was released earlier this year.
The new track will be available for download and on streaming platforms such as Apple Music,Spotify, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer, and YouTube.

"On the Way Down" will be part of the new full album track lineup scheduled to be released by the end of the year.

ABOUT THE TRACK:
The track was recorded in Nororiental Recording Studios in the Cd. Juarez Mexico by Omar Villescas. Mastering was done by Recording Engineer, Mixer & Producer Gabe Esparza in El Paso TX. The track is exactly four minutes long.

The song was produced and written by lead vocalist Juan Flores, guitarist Jose Luis Ibave, bassist Luis Marquez, and drummer Sergio Becerra.

"On The Way Down" features a high energy guitar drive that blends a hard rock indie sound with alt rock chord progressions. The song captures the versatility of the band members which allows them to formulate a unique rock n roll sound. The rhythm section (specifically the bass) complements the smooth vocals on the verses, and it all comes together in a climatic crescendo at the chorus.

The outro of song features an epic guitar solo that is very signature to lead guitarists Jose Ibave's sound accompanied with a complex drum progression from drummer Sergio Becerra. "On the Way Down" is also the first track in which The Roulettes experimented with new instruments such as a cowbell, tambourine, and banjo (outro melody)

SONG "THEME":
"On the Way Down" tells the story of a rocky relationship headed to an inescapable downfall. It is essentially a "breakup" song, yet the lyrics can be interpreted to fit in any type of situation in which people are parting ways and the decision is made to move forward.

The intention of the song is to have interchangeably a positive and negative vibe.
