The Flagler Beach Celebrates Committee to meet July 10, 4 PM

PALM COAST, Fla. - July 1, 2024 - PRLog -- The Flagler Beach Celebrates Committee, a committee of Flagler Strong, is pleased to announce the revival of the Centennial Celebration Committee, after a brief interruption, to continue the planning and execution of the city's highly anticipated centennial celebration.

The Flagler Beach Celebrates Committee reorganization meeting will take place at the Flagler Beach City Hall Commission Chambers on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

The Centennial Celebration Committee, composed of dedicated community leaders, local business owners, and passionate residents, is tasked with organizing a series of events and activities that will highlight the city's past, present, and future. The committee aims to create a memorable celebration that honors the heritage and ever-evolving vibrant community of Flagler Beach. This historic milestone marks 100 years of rich history, culture, and community spirit in Flagler Beach. The celebration may include a wide range of events such as:

- Historical Exhibits: Showcasing artifacts, photographs, and stories from the city's founding to the present day.
- Parades and Festivals: Featuring local bands, cultural performances, and food vendors that represent the diverse flavors of [City Name].
- Community Projects: Engaging residents in beautification projects, murals, and other initiatives that enhance the city's landscape.
- Educational Programs: Offering lectures, workshops, and school programs that educate participants about the city's history and its contributions to the region.
- Gala Event: A formal evening gathering to honor key figures in the city's history and to celebrate the collective achievements of its residents.
