Anthony Frisina, Michelle Steiner, and Arielle Starkman to Speak at the DEIA Round Table Series

 
WASHINGTON - July 11, 2024 - PRLog -- WORxK Solutions, LLC is thrilled to announce the participation of Anthony Frisina, Michelle Steiner, and Arielle Starkman in its upcoming DEIA Round Table Series event. This virtual event will take place on July 27, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST.

Anthony Frisina brings a wealth of experience and advocacy to the panel. Born with Spina Bifida and navigating life in a wheelchair, Anthony is a respected speaker, author, and consultant under his brand, Above & Beyond – Bridging the Gap to Accessibility and Inclusion. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Anthony is known for his work at Mohawk College and McMaster University. He is also actively involved in the City of Hamilton's Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities and serves as an ambassador for The Forward Movement.

Michelle Steiner, residing in Pennsylvania, brings a unique perspective as someone living with an invisible disability. Michelle's impactful writing has been featured in various publications, including The Mighty and Non Verbal Learning Project. Currently, she serves as a paraeducator in a school environment dedicated to supporting students with disabilities.

Arielle Starkman, an Inclusive Education Consultant based in Los Angeles, CA, has dedicated over a decade to advocating for disability inclusion in education. With a background spanning teaching, leadership roles, and personal experience navigating the IEP process for her stepson, Arielle inspires school leaders to create fully inclusive classrooms that cater to the diverse needs of all students.

Hosted by Dr. Kristy Taylor, Social Impact Career Coach, and Dr. Kirk Adams, Founder of Innovative Impact LLC, the event aims to explore strategies for breaking barriers and fostering inclusive communities for individuals with disabilities.
