Dr. Taylor will represent Germantown in the highly anticipated 2024 Miss Black DMV USA Pageant, scheduled to take place on November 10, 2024, at the Harmony Hall Arts Center, located at 10701 Livingston Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744.

Dr. Taylor's platform centers on empowering Black women to create safe, resilient spaces for healing, growth, and success in both their personal and professional lives. Her commitment to this mission is demonstrated through her work with WORxK Solutions and the SAAFE initiative, where she focuses on providing resources, support, and mentorship to women striving for success in their careers and communities.

In her role as Ms. Black Germantown, Maryland USA, Dr. Taylor aims to champion initiatives that address the unique challenges faced by Black women, advocating for equitable opportunities in work, education, entrepreneurship, and health.
