PRLog -- NBA superstar James Harden and his Impact13 Foundation are thrilled to announce the return of the highly anticipated JH-Town Weekend, set to take place August 22-25, 2024. This four-day extravaganza aims to empower Houston's underserved communities through a series of impactful events and initiatives.
"JH-Town Weekend is our way of giving back to a community that has given me so much," said James Harden, founder of Impact13 Foundation. "We're excited to bring Houstonians together once again to make a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most."

Thursday, August 22, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM at Key Middle School
This private event kicks off the weekend, addressing food insecurity and providing essential resources to students. - "Luck be a Lady" Birthday Celebration
Friday, August 23, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM at The Thompson Houston
This glamorous gala honors James Harden's 35th birthday while celebrating Houston's community leaders, including Trae The Truth, DJ Mr. Rogers, and a posthumous award to Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee. The evening features gourmet dining, auctions, and entertainment, with proceeds supporting Impact13's initiatives. - Impact in the Park Block Party
Saturday, August 24, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Water Works, Buffalo Bayou Park
A community block party for all ages, featuring appearances by Keisha Nicole, Rob49, local Houston artists, and surprise guests. The event offers family-focused activities from 3-5 PM, transitioning to adult-oriented entertainment from 6-9 PM. - Women's Empowerment Brunch: Impact in Motion
Sunday, August 25, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Private Location)
Closing out the weekend, this inspiring event explores the theme "Impact in Motion: Shaping Our World, Defining Our Future." Hosted by Keisha Nicole, the brunch brings together visionaries, innovators, and changemakers for a thought-provoking panel discussion on women's ongoing influence and legacy-building across all spheres of life. The event will also feature poetry by Just Mike the Poet.
