Mortgage Lender Earns Expert Certification

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - Sept. 4, 2024 - PRLog -- Geordan Waldman, mortgage lender for Geneva Financial in Thousand Oaks, CA, has completed their Certified Liability Advisor™ (CLA) designation.  The program, Manage Liabilities Into Assets™, provided an intense 30 hour education, testing and direct exercise rigor that involved learning liability management concepts, strategies, and case studies to help consumer reduce their cost of home ownership over their lifetime and repay their mortgage and other debts in the most efficient means possible.

The program is offered to lenders to assist them with the integration of their client's borrowing and related liabilities as a core step toward financial independence.  Completion of the training allows Geordan to provide consumer advice on how to best build wealth through the effective management of liabilities by reducing the cost of borrowing mistakes often made by consumers.  Geordan may also now act as an instructor for Realtors and financial profesionals needing state required continuing education credits as an agent of the National Institute of Financial Education (niofe.org).
