The Automatic LPG Gas Cylinder Welding Line consists of multiple machines that work together to automate the entire welding process for gas cylinders. Each machine is specifically designed to handle a unique part of the welding process, ensuring precise and consistent results. Here's a breakdown of the main machines involved in this line:

1. Automatic Socket Welding Machine
This machine is responsible for welding the upper cap socket to the cylinder body. Using a four-column hydraulic presser structure, the welding process begins by manually placing the socket into the upper cap center hole. The hydraulic system clamps the workpiece, and the automatic arc welding begins. At the same time, an inner polishing dish polishes the welded edges. The machine ensures simultaneous welding and polishing, providing a clean finish in one step.
