Sounds of Freedom: Reflections About The Liberating Vibrations of Everyday Life by Fred Brancato

VERO BEACH, Fla. - Sept. 9, 2024 - PRLog -- 'Sounds of Freedom' Poetry Is All About Good Vibes

"This exquisite poem, a long necklace of pearls, of jewels, each a portal into an indeterminate space of exquisite form and mystery. Delicate, potent, vibrant and quietly thrilling, this is a work of brilliancy to be sipped and savored." – Leah Chyten, author of Light Radiance Splendor and Soul of the Mountain

Fred Brancato's Sounds of Freedom: Reflections about the Liberating Vibrations of Everyday Life describes how music, sound, vibration, and energy can provide both inspiration and healing. The verses cover a wide range of human experience that may help in times of personal crisis.

"As you read and contemplate this gentle and profound meditation on sound, let it liberate and resonate deeply within you." – Al D'Andrea, playwright, actor, director, and founder of Snowlion Repertory Company, Portland, Maine

The book's Introduction explains more:

"I was inspired to write this poem 26 years ago in response to the experiences of energy I was having from years of practicing the ancient Chinese and Taoist art of Tai Chi. It seemed then, as it does now, that the powerful vibratory and spiraling movement of energy in my body – with its accompanying sensations of wellbeing – was the same energy in the sun and greening grass. Further, to my surprise, this energy seemed to have a 'mind' of its own that would cause it to rise to the surface whenever I read or heard something inspiring.

"These sounds – all with the power to heal, harmonize, and make whole – are also found in the everyday experiences of music the world over. These are all the factors that led to the birth of the poem in the following pages, and they seem as relevant to living meaningfully in today's troubled world as they did 26 years ago."

About the Author: Fred Brancato holds a Ph.D. from New York University's Department of Culture and Communication. He has studied the world's diverse spiritual traditions for over 60 years and is the author of Ancient Wisdom and the Measure of Our Days and Mystery and Manifestation. Notes Lynn Eddy, VP of Acquisitions, Strategic Book Publishing, "This fascinating book of poetry is a thought-provoking read. It is best described by Patricia Reis, author of Unsettled, a novel of historical fiction, who writes: 'Always and especially now, Fred Brancato's words resonate with wisdom and love! Fragile and strong! Brave and encouraging.'"
