**Brooklyn, NY** — Are you passionate about saving democracy? Have a few weeks to spare this fall? Join The Flip Project and become part of an impactful, on-the-ground campaign designed to drive voter engagement and advocacy.

**When:** Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

**Where:** 16 Arion Place, Brooklyn, NY

The Flip Project is actively recruiting volunteers to support our high-impact campaigns in Florida. We're focusing on critical U.S. House races and a vital state constitutional amendment aimed at reinstating abortion rights. Volunteers are needed for at least two weeks starting September 15th.

The Flip Project is a grassroots coalition of artists, activists, musicians, analysts, and organizers. We craft and implement innovative Get Out The Vote (GOTV) strategies that go beyond traditional canvassing. Our efforts include dynamic events, such as street theater and flash mobs, designed to captivate and educate voters. We blend creativity with activism to engage voters, ensuring they are registered and informed about their voting options.

James Corti, Campaign Manager for Whitney Fox, the Democratic candidate for Florida's 13th Congressional District, remarked, "So what you are doing is what the Democratic Party would be doing if it were high functioning?"

Our approach includes providing free rides to the polls for disenfranchised populations, especially those who may not speak English as a first language. We also use geo-tagged posters in commercial spaces to guide voters to essential election services and monitor the effectiveness of these posters to optimize our outreach efforts.

Since our launch in June, The Flip Project has successfully facilitated over 12,000 voter registrations in Florida with a dedicated, small team.
