A decorated veteran with a distinguished career in both the military and law enforcement, Poulos brings an unparalleled level of expertise and strategic thinking to the firm.

Poulos began his service in the United States Coast Guard. Following this, he served seven years as a police officer in his hometown of Boston, where his exceptional performance earned him two Medals of Honor and a position on the elite SWAT team. This hands-on experience exposed Poulos to the complexities of high-stakes situations and instilled in him a deep commitment to protecting and serving others.

Seeking to further his legal education, Poulos earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. In 2020, he was commissioned as a prosecutor in the United States Army JAG Corps, where he honed his litigation skills and gained invaluable courtroom experience. During his four years at Fort Stewart, Poulos successfully prosecuted numerous high-profile cases, including sexual assault, aggravated assault, child abuse, and domestic violence.

Poulos' unique understanding of complex legal issues and his experience in high-stakes environments will be instrumental in providing exceptional representation to clients facing personal injury, wrongful death, and municipal/county government defense challenges.

A native of Atlanta, Rasheed-Britt earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Georgia Southern University, where she excelled as a track and field athlete. Her academic journey continued at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she graduated with honors in 2022.

Rasheed-Britt's legal expertise spans a wide range of complex litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases. Her ability to navigate the intricacies of municipality and county liability defense further strengthens Oliver Maner's litigation practice.
