NEW YORK - Sept. 16, 2024 - PRLog -- What is the Power of We is excited to announce its partnership with YWCA Metropolitan Chicago as part of its Reclaiming Vulnerability Campaign. This collaboration aims to provide support to YWCA Metropolitan Chicago's Rape Crisis Hotline, Sexual Assault Counseling, and Crisis Intervention Trainings, and reflects our shared commitment to ensure immediate intervention and longer-term healing for survivors of sexual violence.

As part of this collaboration, What is the Power of We aims to provide YWCA Metropolitan Chicago with a donation that will allow these comprehensive and essential programs to continue to address the needs of survivors effectively. Currently, these programs face a severe backlog, limited response capabilities, and long wait times for survivors as a result of resource constraints. Financial support from What is the Power of We will directly bolster YWCA Metropolitan Chicago's ability to provide essential services that help survivors navigate experiences of sexual violence and assault in as timely a manner as possible.

This partnership will also bring stories of YWCA Metropolitan Chicago's impact to the fore by amplifying the voices of those affected by gender-based violence.
