Essex County's Anna D. Banks to Help Train New Facilitators in Global Transformation Effort

BLOOMFIELD, N.J. - Sept. 19, 2024 - PRLog -- Anna D. Banks, Founder and Managing Director of Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc., will be one of 75 esteemed Maxwell Leadership Certified Coaches selected to train new facilitators in the globally impactful Transformation Tables methodology. As part of a major initiative, these certified coaches will visit over 300 organizations in Panama, further expanding the transformative work initiated by the Maxwell Leadership Foundation.

Following the successful launch of this values-based transformation effort in Panama in July 2023, the Maxwell Leadership Foundation team returns to build on this momentum, fostering leadership and transformation in communities, schools, and businesses across the country. The Transformation Tables methodology, which has already seen success in countries such as Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Papua New Guinea, will now be further entrenched in Panama with the help of certified coaches like Anna D. Banks.

During the three-day visit, Anna D. Banks and her fellow coaches will deliver leadership conferences and work hands-on with facilitators to introduce leadership principles that promote personal and community growth. Their efforts will help embed the Maxwell Leadership Foundation's mission to grow leaders who are equipped to transform their world, one organization at a time.
