Toms River, NJ – September 27, 2024 – Heart to Heart is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its newest Adult Day Program facility, the Fischer Day Program, located in Toms River, NJ. To mark this special occasion, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
