Lettie Johnson, of Gifted by Design, partners with John Maxwell Foundation for Panama Transformation

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Oct. 7, 2024 - PRLog -- Lettie Bailey-Johnson, CEO and Founder of Gifted by Design, has once again demonstrated her leadership in empowering communities by partnering with the Panama Lidera Foundation and John Maxwell Foundation in the Country Transformation Initiative. With her influence, Bailey-Johnson and made significant strides in leadership development and community empowerment in Panama from late September to early October.

With a remarkable track record, Gifted by Design served along 75 coaches from around the World, facilitated 348 training appointments, and trained 3,612 facilitators across 104 organizations in 2024 alone. They have also held 43 lunch-and-learn events, training over 2,243 participants from 23 organizations. This new initiative in Panama marks a further extension of their commitment to global leadership transformation.

The Country Transformation Initiative is driven by the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, focusing on creating a movement that transforms communities, schools, and nations through values-based leadership training. Bailey-Johnson, among 140 Maxwell Leadership Certified Coaches from over 15 countries, played a vital role in training 8,000 facilitators representing 600+ organizations. This work is part of the broader mission of social responsibility and leadership cultivation that the Maxwell Leadership Foundation has successfully implemented in countries like Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Paraguay, Costa Rica, and Papua New Guinea.
