Lettie Johnson, of Gifted by Design, partners with John Maxwell Foundation for Panama Transformation

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Aug. 7, 2023 - PRLog -- Lettie Bailey-Johnson, CEO of Gifted by Design, joined forces with John Maxwell Foundation for a transformative Country Transformation Initiative in Panama. The event, held from July 24th to July 26th, 2023, aimed to empower leaders in communities, schools, and the nation for positive change.

The Maxwell Leadership Foundation's mission is to grow leaders and transform the world. The Country Transformation Initiative collaborates with heads of state and top leaders to drive a movement of transformation. It enhances leadership skills and addresses critical outcomes through a values-based approach, fostering lasting positive change.

Inspired by its success in other countries, including Guatemala and Costa Rica, the Maxwell Leadership Foundation partners with Panama Lidera Foundation to embark on the same journey.

To launch the initiative in Panama, on July 22, 2023, 140 Maxwell Leadership Certified coaches from 15 countries, including Lettie Bailey-Johnson, arrived to train 8,000 facilitators from 600+ organizations. These facilitators are now ready to lead the transformation initiative.
