We welcome everyone to join us for our Candlelight Vigil which honors those affected by violence, providing a space for remembrance and reflection while raising awareness. It fosters community solidarity and support, encouraging dialogue and advocacy for change. Domestic violence is a devastating reality that affects countless families worldwide. Beyond the immediate physical and emotional harm experienced by the victim, domestic abuse has lasting effects that ripple through the entire family, influencing the well-being of every member. At Ocean Partnership for Children, we witness these impacts firsthand in the children and youth we serve. Every child responds to abuse and trauma in their own unique way, with some displaying greater resilience while others may be more sensitive. Founded in 2005, Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC) is Ocean County's Care Management Organization (CMO). Its mission is to enhance the well-being of youth and their families through natural and community supports. OPC provides care coordination services for Ocean County youth up to the age of 21 who face mental health, substance use, and intellectual or developmental challenges. OPC aims to keep children and adolescents at home, in school, and in the community by connecting them to resources that meet their unique needs and help them achieve their goals.
