Follow on Google News | Opinion: Is Barack Obama the Example for all African American Men?Can actions be altered by an influence that most people accept as right, and exact
By: Dashade Music Empire "Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed." – Booker T. Washington In the ancient African tribal customs, and traditions a boy must prove himself to become a man by competing, hunting, and being a proficient builder. But to be a ruler, King, or governor it was more difficult. The actual learning started at a very young age, and life was very strict. The man as a ruler had to learn the mannerisms of nobility. So is it fair for Mr. Barack Obama to call-out all African American Men on one accord to come to his aid for a cause that is not understood? As he states in his memoir Dreams from My Father, for even great men the devil is holding them by their heels, and causing the flight in them to far away lands. So do African American Men have more to lose while the devils of this world hold them back by their heels? A promise not kept is a promise lost. What was lost equality by prosperity, and good fortune. According to the United States Labor Statistics the average income weekly for an African American man is $935, and that equals out to $3740 a month while the average monthly mortgage payment is at an all time high of $2,209 reports the National Association of Realtors; and average apartment rentals are $1,739 a month according to Yardi Matrix survey of 140 markets. But you have a choice about how you view it." - Chris Pine http://youtu.be/ https://music.apple.com/ End
