By: Federal San Diego, CA Today, we bring to light a troubling issue that has emerged within San Diego, California, involving the use of advanced technology and harmful tactics aimed at discrediting and extorting a Native American police harassment victim, Case IA: 2021-0228. Recent investigations reveal that a group of individuals from Euclid Terrace Apartments in 2021 have been leveraging deepfake technologies, fake text messages, and counterfeit social media accounts on popular platforms available through the Apple and Google App Stores to impersonate and intimidate the victim. These malicious actions appear to be part of a broader scheme of reverse racism and false profiling, aiming to undermine the reputation of the victim and force their removal from the city. The tactics employed by these criminals are particularly insidious, as they blend technological manipulation with psychological harassment. By using deepfake images and videos, they have created a false narrative around the victim, seeking to mimic behaviors associated with drug abuse and mental health disorders like PTSD. This ongoing harassment campaign not only invades the victim's privacy but also attempts to orchestrate a distorted public perception of them, impacting their mental health and well-being. The underlying motivation for these actions is clear: to silence the victim, who possesses evidence of targeted violence and corruption within the local community. By employing extortion tactics, the perpetrators aim to drive the victim out of San Diego, continuing a troubling trend of violence against marginalized individuals, particularly the Indigenous population. Mayor Todd Gloria and agents from the FBI San Diego Division, including Stacy R.
