Introducing "Remembering Together": A New Podcast from LMJ's Lost Souls - Alzheimer's Fund

MEDINAH, Ill. - Nov. 5, 2024 - PRLog -- LMJ's Lost Souls - Alzheimer's Fund is excited to announce the launch of "Remembering Together," a powerful new podcast series dedicated to the experiences, support, and education surrounding Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia. Designed for caregivers, health professionals, family members, friends, and professionals impacted by dementia, "Remembering Together" offers a compassionate space to share personal stories, insights, and support. In the inaugural episode, Harrold is joined by LMJ's Lost Souls board members as they discuss the founding of the organization, the mission and deep passion that drives their work, and the goals they aspire to achieve for families affected by Alzheimer's and dementia.
