Despite the potential for healthy pregnancies, the U.S. continues to be the most dangerous high-income nation in which to give birth, with alarming statistics surrounding maternal mortality and access to care. In light of these facts, Mindful Mama Childbirth is launching a program to help ensure that more expecting mothers can receive the support they deserve—no matter their financial situation. Starting December 2024, Mindful Mama Childbirth will offer workshops, bootcamps, tiny toolkits, and virtual doula services on a pay-what-you- "The doctor isn't the only one who can help a baby arrive safely," says Alisa Marie, founder of Mindful Mama Childbirth.
