Creating a collection of custom acrylic awards for RWA Wealth Partners

Recently, we crafted an award collection for RWA Wealth Partners, after the company approached us with the requirement of creating two separate awards for recognizing workplace success and showing employee appreciation.

The first award was designed to award employees of the People and Culture Council - who developed the company's values - and the second was to reward members who had exemplified those values in 2023. After receiving a brief, we developed a variety of concepts that would embody the RWA Wealth brand and feature our Modern and Chip Off exclusive designs.

Once the final designs were confirmed, it was time to bring them to life. We use UV flatbed printing, allowing us to print photographic quality in full CMYK color, meaning both awards feature the RWA Wealth brand colors - taken straight from the company style guide and applied to the finished product.

For the 19 members of the People and Culture Council, we selected the Chip Off (https://www.modernacrylicawards.com/chip-off-acrylic) from our Premium (https://www.modernacrylicawards.com/premium) range and decorated it with a standout pattern inspired by the RWA Wealth brand logo, the logo itself and personalized text. To apply an additional and special finishing touch, we gloss printed 'People + Culture Council' down the spine.

To create a standout award for the employees recognized for exemplifying the RWA Wealth brand values, we applied a different design to the Modern (https://www.modernacrylicawards.com/modern-acrylic) from our Deluxe (https://www.modernacrylicawards.com/deluxe) range. For an additional luxury finish, the awards feature a gloss printed UV pattern and a gold brushed aluminum plate cut into the brand logo and wrapped around one side.

Both awards have the appearance of glass or crystal thanks to our application of diamond polishing on all of our acrylic.
