Black Women in Europe® Blog Releases the 2024 Power List: A List of Our Own©

HALMSTAD, Sweden - Dec. 13, 2024 - PRLog -- The Black Women in Europe™ blog, created in 2006 by Adrianne George, released its 15th Black Women in Europe®: Power List 2024 - A List of Our Own©. This 15th year we focus on Politicians and feature the 4 black women who are Members of the European Parliament.

"18 years of blogging doesn't seem real," George claims. "I am still discovering trailblazers and new generations of black women in non-traditional roles".

In 2010 the Black Women in Europe® Blog released its first Power List ambitiously naming 58 women across Europe in 6 categories. Over the last 15 years, over 193 women have been included on the Black Women in Europe®: Power List  - A List of Our Own©. It was the first and remains the only one of its kind that celebrates the achievement of black women across Europe.

The previous lists combined have received close to 400,000 views on social media, and are presented in alphabetical order. They are intended to acknowledge powerful black women in Europe and to inspire others to reach their full potential. The lists do not aim to assess rank but rather to showcase influential women who, in some cases are well known and in others, are women who should be known.

This is the 11th year the list contains a call to action to join the Black Women in Europe® Kiva Lending Team.
