Real Estate Continuing Education offered by Carey Home Inspection

ALBANY, N.Y. - Jan. 8, 2025 - PRLog -- The following class is being offered free to all real estate agents who are members of the GCAR, however registration is required. This class will cover a basic understanding of residential plumbing, what is looked for in a home inspection, different water sources and what buyers need to know. It will also cover waste water disposal, sewer maintenance, septic systems, and more. This information will help agents be prepared for the types of defects, corrective measures, and expected cost involved with plumbing issues that arise from a home inspection during a real estate transaction.
