- Tap on continue to access the booking section.
- Go to the menu tab and choose the cancel my trip option.
- A form will appear on the screen.
- Fill out the form with the required details in the suggested fields.
- Write your reason for canceling the ticket in the comment box.
- Attach the related files and submit the form.
