Ocean Partnership for Children Releases their 2024 Annual Report

Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC), Ocean County's Care Management Organization, released its Annual Report for 2024, showcasing a year of meaningful achievements, community impact, and financial transparency.
 
TOMS RIVER, N.J. - Jan. 28, 2025 - PRLog -- Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC), Ocean County's Care Management Organization coordinating care for youth with mental health, substance use, intellectual and development needs, released its Annual Report for 2024, showcasing a year of meaningful achievements, community impact, and financial transparency.

The report highlights Ocean Partnership for Children's commitment to its mission and wraparound values, providing a detailed look at the organization's various services, partnerships, and the lives positively impacted by its work.

Key Highlights from the Annual Report:
  • Impact Metrics: OPC served 2,097 youth in Fiscal year 2024 and 10,245 youth over the last 20 years
  • Program Successes: 95% percent of families served report satisfaction with OPC services and 90% of youth showed improvement or stability in risk factors such as suicidality
  • Financial Stewardship: 86% of all expenses go directly to the costs of our programs with administrative costs kept under 10%.
  • Community Involvement: OPC was proud to host multiple community events in FY 2024, including our 4th Annual Domestic Violence Vigil, Dare to Care suicide prevention event, Jersey Shore BlueClaws Family Fun Night, and our annual Family Picnic in collaboration with Ocean County Family Support Organization.

Founded in 2005, Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC) is Ocean County's Care Management Organization (CMO). Its mission is to enhance the well-being of youth and their families through natural and community supports. OPC provides care coordination services for Ocean County youth up the age of 21 years who have mental health, substance use, intellectual and developmental challenges. OPC strives to keep children and adolescents at home, in school, and in the community by connecting them to resources that meet their unique needs and help them achieve their goals.
