WANTAGH, N.Y. - Feb. 6, 2025 - PRLog -- On March 27th and 28th 2025 Pulse will be holding its annual Family-Centered Patient Advocacy training for the public, including caregivers, professional patient advocates and healthcare professionals. This is a rare opportunity for members of the public to get practical, interactive training in techniques that reduce the risk of harm from medical treatment.

  • Communication techniques and ways to better prepare for the medical visit or hospitalization.
  • An understanding of "who's who" in the healthcare system.
