SortRefer Kicks Off 2025 With Record-Breaking January

January figures exceeded all expectations, with the business recording a 14% increase in instructions across all sectors compared to January 2024 and conveyancing instructions up by 10% year-on-year.

In addition, SortRefer exceeded its key business targets, achieving 122% of its instructions target and 107% of its completions target for the month, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

One of the key drivers behind this impressive performance was the relaunch in December 2024 of SortRefer's remortgage products, specifically Fixed Price Legals and Flexible Legals.

The reintroduction of these products has been met with strong demand from brokers, leading to a significant uptake.

The company has recently relaunched Sort Club, its exclusive loyalty scheme, for the fifth consecutive year.
