New, mobile-based, aircraft maintenance arrives in Kansas CityWildBlue Aircraft Sales expands its offerings to include a traveling maintenance platform to serve local piston aircraft owners.
By: Aloft Aviation, LLC Just launched, WildBlue Aircraft Maintenance has you covered. "This is something we've wanted to do for a long time," said Chris Kirk of WildBlue Aircraft Sales. "As aircraft owners, my business partner, Todd Mitton, and I have experienced firsthand the aviation maintenance technician (AMT) shortage, and it's only getting worse. While there are a handful of folks who operate out of the trunks of their cars, we wanted to elevate the mobile experience with a professional appearance and higher standards. And, believe it or not, we're one of the few mobile providers that carry liability insurance. Chris' son, Ethan Kirk, has been instrumental in getting WildBlue Maintenance "off the ground." Ethan is an FAA certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic and has experience working on piston singles, twins, and several jet aircraft models. Ethan serves as the Director of Maintenance while Riley Diederich, also an A&P, fills the role of maintenance specialist. We are looking to hire a 3rd mechanic before the end of the year, but we're not interested in just anyone. They must match with our core values and vision for the business while demonstrating a superior work ethic and customer service. For aircraft owner's who may need a quick-turn service, WildBlue Aircraft Maintenance can be reached at 816.479.2723 or through their website at https://www.flywildblue.com/ Contact WildBlue Aircraft Maintenance Chris Kirk ***@flywildblue.com Photo: https://www.prlog.org/ End
