SunCal Sells 119 Home Lots at Escena Palm Springs to Toll Brothers

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. - Feb. 24, 2025 - PRLog -- Master developer SunCal has sold 119 single family lots on 19.75 acres at its master planned community Escena Palm Springs in Palm Springs, CA to national luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers.

This transaction marks the latest collaboration between SunCal and Toll Brothers, which in December 2024 opened for sale its 40-home luxury community Nola at Escena.

Escena is a guard-gated master planned community that also includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole championship golf course, 16,000-square-foot clubhouse with public restaurant, dog park and more than 280 acres of open space.

This is the third transaction in Escena since SunCal acquired the project in April 2022, part of a strategic investment focused on the Coachella Valley.  Suncal has now sold approximately 40 percent of the remaining undeveloped lots at Escena to leading homebuilders in the past five months.  In October, Suncal sold an improved 17-acre parcel to Richmond American Homes, which is now under construction on a 52-home development within Escena called Vesta.

Senior Vice President Mackey O'Donnell and Vice President David Landes of Land Advisors Organization represented SunCal in the land sale to Toll Brothers.
