It utilizes a robust servo control system, driven by six Huichuan servo motors/drives. Pneumatic functions rely on Taiwan Yadeke cylinders, while linear motion is handled by Taiwan CPC/HIWIN screw guide rails. A Kinco color touchscreen facilitates all control inputs.

Complete digital control allows for precise adjustments of blade dimensions, wire cut length, strip length, flux application depth, and tinning depth, all managed via the touchscreen.
