By: All Out Learning Experience With a shared mission to break down barriers in STEM, All Out Learning and Kids Next Code are launching a first-of-its- Two visionary African American entrepreneurs and dedicated family men have joined forces to bridge the educational gap in Metro Atlanta's underserved communities. Through both their for-profit and nonprofit organizations, All Out Learning and Kids Next Code, they are launching a series of immersive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) The pressing need for equitable STEM education in Atlanta's underserved and diverse communities cannot be overstated. Despite being one of the highest spenders on education globally, the U.S. faces significant disparities due to the reliance on local taxation for school funding, leading to dramatic gaps between low- and high-income areas. In Metro Atlanta, these disparities are pronounced, with Black students being 3.5 times more likely to be in "chronically underfunded" The VR STEM Learning & Tech Training Curriculum is uniquely designed to accommodate various learning styles. Students engage in hands-on experiences that connect them to STEM careers, making subjects like engineering, physics, and coding come alive in a way that seamlessly enhances traditional classroom learning. Whether through one-time workshops, weekly courses, or full-length summer camps, the program fosters critical thinking, teamwork, and technical skills that will prepare students for the jobs of tomorrow.
