Flexi-View Lending Celebrates 5th Anniversary

LOS ANGELES - March 20, 2025 - PRLog -- Flexi-View Lending celebrated its fifth anniversary. The company was founded in 2019 by John Lucas. The team members brought their expertise and discipline from a combined 30-plus years of experience working at both banks and independents to the firm. Flexi-View Lending provides financing to six strategic markets and funds business transactions ranging from $1,000,000 to over $50 million.

Flexi-View Lending has experienced tremendous growth. Currently with more than 50 designated brokers located across the country, Flexi-View Lending is positioned to reach nearly $800 million in annual originations by the end of 2025. This represents more than a 50 percent year-over-year increase from 2024.
