This strategic hire underscores the company's commitment to embracing advanced design technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to revolutionize the client experience.

A native of Coimbatore, India, Dhandapani graduated earlier this year from the University of Texas at Arlington, earning his Master of Construction Management degree. He spearheads the integration of 3D design visualizations using Lumion rendering software, enhancing client presentations and streamlining the design process. His responsibilities encompass overseeing detailed design plans, managing project timelines, ensuring timely inspections and permits, and delivering projects on budget and on schedule.

Dhandapani envisions further expanding the company's capabilities with modern design tools. "In the near future, I plan to introduce 3D video walkthroughs and virtual reality technology," he explains. "These immersive experiences will allow clients to visualize and interact with projects before construction begins, ensuring a seamless transition into the build phase."

He also brings a solid foundation in construction management. Before attending graduate school, Dhandapani worked in India as a construction coordinator intern and business operations manager. He also holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
