Empowering the Next Generation: ClickSafe Club Launches 3-Day LEGO Robotics & Future Engineering

ClickSafe Club CIC is launching a 3-day LEGO Robotics & Future Engineering Pathways Bootcamp from April 8–10, 2025, in Manchester for young people aged 13–16.

MANCHESTER, U.K. - March 30, 2025 - PRLog -- ClickSafe Club CIC is proud to announce its LEGO Robotics & Future Engineering Pathways Bootcamp, taking place April 8–10, 2025.

This dynamic 3-day programme will empower young people aged 13–16, particularly those from underrepresented communities, with hands-on experience in robotics, coding, and career pathways in STEM.

In today's conversations about equity in tech, particularly in fields like MedTech, there is a growing recognition of the need for diverse voices in designing and developing the technologies that shape our future. However, true equity doesn't start at the design table; it starts far earlier, it begins with access. Yet many children from underserved communities face barriers in STEM early on: limited opportunities, lack of representation, and systemic misconceptions about who belongs in tech. These challenges diminish aspirations and restrict future access to careers in science, technology, and engineering.

ClickSafe Club CIC was founded to change that. Born out of a need to bridge the digital divide, the organisation delivers free, inclusive STEM education, online safety, and digital skills programmes for communities across London (Woolwich)and Manchester. Informed by local insight and supported by national research such as NFER's "Building Foundations".

ClickSafe Club focuses on culturally responsive teaching and early intervention to ensure all young people can imagine themselves as future innovators. Visit our website https://www.clicksafeclub.org.uk/

The fully booked Easter bootcamp, filling up on day one, will engage students from Dean Trust Ardwick, Trinity CoFE High School, Cedar Mount Academy, and Manchester Academy.

FIRST LEGO League-inspired challenges

Apprenticeships, university pathways, and scholarship info

Support and talks from diverse university students in Tech including an Amazon Future Engineer scholar

This bootcamp is more than an event, it's a movement toward tech equity.

Join Us: ClickSafe Club CIC invites educators, funders, and tech partners to help expand this model and build a future where innovation is truly inclusive. Visit our website at https://www.clicksafeclub.org.uk/ for more.
