S7 data acquisition with new license model

BERGLEN, Germany - April 1, 2025 - PRLog -- Since 2010, HS Automation Software has been offering HSDBASE, the most user-friendly solution for data exchange between Siemens S7 controllers and SQL databases or CSV files.

Whether as a data logger, recipe management or for data exchange between several controllers, HSDBASE impresses with its intuitive and simple setup. No limits on data volumes, the fastest response times and always consistent data guarantee worry-free use for any size of project.

HS Automation Software provides the appropriate data visualization directly with the HSVIEWER. The web-based solution only needs to be installed on the data acquisition computer and can be used by all networked devices. Filter options, graphical evaluations and the integrated export of data as CSV make the installation of additional software at the office workstations superfluous.

Due to the increasing virtualization of servers and the desire for as little hardware as possible, an online license has now been implemented in HSDBASE. The classic hardware dongle is of course still available.
